Economical container house is suitable for summer cottage, guest house, office, shop or sauna house. Insulated wooden houses are built on metal or special wooden frame, which makes the house strong and easy to lift and move. Standard size of the house is 2,4×6 m, hight 2,4 m, weight 1500 kg. The house can be built from 4 m up to 8 m long. The bigger house can be assambled from different modules. Tha prices starting from 300 EUR/m2 + VAT.

Cocon 14 m2 container house consists:

  • The house is built on a metal or wooden frame, which makes them easy to lift and move; timber frame 45x95mm; OSB 100 mm; stone wool in walls 100 mm and in ceiling and floor 150mm; vapour barrier; wooden boards 18 mm (painted); double SBS roof.
  • Double glass PVC windows; metal door 900 mm.
  • Interior design: wooden decking or OSB on walls and on ceiling; pvc or wooden parquete on the floor.
  • Electricity system built on wall: includes electric shield, sockets, switc and lights.
  • 2 houses/modules can be loaded per truck.
  • The prices are calculated according to the each project, client’s wishes and delivery address.
